Tasting Notes:
Colour: clear.
Nose: A reflection of restraint with subtle chalkiness and minerality on the nose. A swirl of the glass coaxes a perfumed mist of blackcurrant with slight lime, green apple and seaweed.
Palate: Reserved and poised, with beautifully concentrated, dry structure and well balanced, limey acidity. The finish is dry, with enticing salinity. More to be revealed with time.
