Palate:
Complex flavours of rose petals, melon and ripe red cherries fills the palate with pleasant mixed spices. Elegant, round tannins together with a fresh minerality leads to a juicy, lingering finish. The balanced mouthfeel is a result of full roundness that evolved during the 26 month bottle ageing combined with a refreshing natural acidity which carries the after taste of this magnificent rosé.
Vinification and Maturation:
Stainless steel tank maturation for seven months prior to bottling. Further bottle ageing took place for 26 months until perfection.
