Renowned for its small berries and un-irrigated vineyards, the Swartland is the area from which we source the grapes for this wine. Minimal interference during winemaking and ageing secure the quality and profile, reflecting the climate and soil of its origin. French oak matured in older barriques to accentuate the fruit rather than have it overpowered by wood flavours.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh and vibrant flavours of dark fruit, black pepper and violets. Succulent mouthfeel with good weight, balanced tannins and lingering aftertaste. Balanced and mouth-watering
