Uva Mira Mountain Vineyards

Uva Mira Mountain Vineyards is a smaller vineyard in Stellebosch with a breathtaking view to the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island. It is located 420 to 620 meter above sea level on the Helder mountains. Being located at this higher altitute leads to cooler climate, bigger differences in temperature between day and night, and consequently a longer maturity time for the grapes. The wines from Uva Mira Vineyards have a clear and sharp punch of minerals and they are in general more expressive than other wines.

Every year, some of the most amazing wines are produced at Uva Mira and not only the Uva Mira Single Vineyard Chardonnay is collecting national and international awards.
